Do your pelvic floor exercises before reading this book, it's knicker wettingly hilarious. I annoyed my husband by sniggering all the way through it. Brilliantly observed, any parent could relate to it.

The Best Friends Guide to [...] books, Vicki Iovine
I loved these guides they were amazingly funny. Vicki Iovine has a great sense of humour. The only downside is that they are based in the American healthcare system, but she does provide some information on pregnancy and birth under the NHS.
